“Match-less Memos” are a play on the traditional matchbook.  You get the same advertising space and printing options as with a match cover outside and inside.  Having all of the compactness and convenience of a matchbook, a promotional item with your customer’s personal notes is sure to be kept and referred to often.

***PAGE PRINTING: Base price per quantity for one (1) Pantone color on plain white stock.  For each additional Pantone color add 10% to the base price.  For example, quantity 10,000 / 3 colors = $17.00/M + $1.70/M (10%) x 2 additional colors = $20.40/M.  For 4-color process, add 30% to the base price.  Hotstamping and embossing are not available on notepad paper.

PRODUCTION ALERT: Every effort is made to protect the gloss or matte finish on these matchbooks.  We use only heavy-duty 5-wall corrugated shipping cartons.  Due to the nature of the paperboard, hard impacts in shipping may cause smudging and scratching of the finish.  This is not a defect in the quality of the product and the factory cannot be held responsible for credits and re-makes due to rough handling in transit.

OPTIONS: add charge per 1,000 books for all quantities (2c).

Foil Hotstamping: $47.70/M per foil color.   
For each foil color add 1-time plate charge of $225.00 (g).  Available in gold, silver, copper, black, red, green, or blue foils on entire outside of cover. 

Die-Embossing: $32.65/M.
Add 1-time die charge of $225.00 (g).  Raises copy and/or graphics on surface of paperboard for tactile effect.  For best results, apply to copy with thick letters and designs with heavy lines. With thin lines and close registration, please inquire and submit artwork to your distributor for factory approval.

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same.  Note paper printing, if any, must likewise be the same for all designs. The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which also applies to reprint orders.  The minimum quantity for each design is 5,000 books.

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $30 per color for offset printing; $95 per foil color for hotstamping (g); and $90 for die-embossing (g).  Add $75 for sample mock-ups (g).  No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 50,000 or more  memobooks.  Please allow 2 weeks for press proof. 

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): approximately 8 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.

RUSH SERVICE (after proof approval): within 4 weeks delivered to any U.S. destination.  Rush charge, including shipping, is $190 for 1 case of 2,500 booklets.  For 2 or more cases of 2,500, the charge is $165 per case.  For shipments outside the U.S., please contact your distributor for a freight quote. The balance of order (if any) will be shipped in approximately 8 - 9 weeks from proof approval, F.O.B. NJ.     

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
#4080: 50 memobooks per inner caddy x 50 caddies = 2,500 memobooks per carton.  Dimensions: 20.6" x 13.8" x 12.2" = 2.0cft. Weight: 35 lbs.  Packing on a particular order could be changed from these standard specifications without notification.
