The picks that win you more business, with natural wood and no artificial flavors or scents.  A personal article imprinted with your logo and contact information that customers take home or carry throughout the day. 

Each box stores 10 or 20 full-length toothpicks for repetitive advertising down to the last. 

Starting at $451 for 2,500 boxes (c).
 

Item #4044-10:  PRICES per 1,000 boxes with UV gloss coating and 10 full-length 2.5" toothpicks (c).   Add 1-time $55 setup (g), which includes a digital proof.  For Item #4044-20 with 20 full-length 2.5" toothpicks, add $40.00/M to total price (c).

PRICES include printing on top, bottom, and two (2) sides of box.  Overall matte varnish, PMS-2X ink colors, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each. Spot shiny varnish is an extra 1-color charge.  Poly-wrapping is not provided. There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Offset. 
Top/Bottom: 2¾" Long x 1” Wide; Each Side: 2¾" Long x 5/16” High (10 or 20 Toothpicks 2½” Long).

Please specify your choice of 10 or 20 toothpicks per box.  For Item #4044-20 with 20 full-length 2.5" toothpicks, add $40.00/M to total price (c). If neither is specified, 10 toothpicks will be supplied at the lower price. 

*No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 50,000 or more boxes.  Please allow 2 weeks for pre-production press proof sample.  

**4-Colors = 4-color process or 4 Pantone spot colors.

***DRAWER (inner tray) PRINTING:  Base price $18.70 per 1,000 boxes (c) includes overall printing of one Pantone color inside and outside on duo-white board.

For printing drawer designs with one or more plate colors, start with the base price of $18.70/M and add Each Extra Color charge per quantity of order.  Example: 2 plate colors / 10,000 quantity = $18.70/M + $7.70/M x 2 = $34.10/M. Overall matte varnish, PMS-2X ink colors, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each.  Spot shiny varnish is a 1-color charge.

PRODUCTION ALERT: Every effort is made to protect the gloss or matte finish on these matchbooks.  We use only heavy-duty 5-wall corrugated shipping cartons.  Due to the nature of the paperboard, hard impacts in shipping may cause smudging and scratching of the finish.  This is not a defect in the quality of the product and the factory cannot be held responsible for credits and re-makes due to rough handling in transit.  

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $60 per color for offset printing (g); $95 per foil color for hotstamping (g); $90 for die-embossing (g).  Add $75 for sample mock-ups (g).  No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 50,000 or more  boxes.  Please allow 2 weeks for press proof. 

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): approximately 8 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.

RUSH SERVICE (after proof approval): within 4 weeks delivered to any U.S. destination.  For shipments outside the U.S., please contact your distributor for a freight quote.  The balance of order (if any) will be shipped in approximately 8 - 9 weeks from proof approval, F.O.B. NJ. 
#4044-10: Rush charge, including shipping, is $135 for 1 case of 2,500 boxes with 10 toothpicks.  For 2 or more cases of 2,500 boxes, the charge is $115 per case. 
#4044-20: Rush charge, including shipping, is $170 for 1 case of 2,500 boxes with 20 towelettes.  For 2 or more cases of 2,500 boxes, the charge is $150 per case. 

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
#4044-10:  50 boxes per inner caddy x 50 caddies = 2,500 boxes per carton.  Dimensions: 20.5" x 13.6" x 12.4" = 2.0cft. 
Weight: 24 lbs. (10 toothpicks per box). 
#4044-20:  50 boxes per inner caddy x 50 caddies = 2,500 boxes per carton.  Dimensions: 20.5" x 13.6" x 12.4" = 2.0cft. 
Weight: 33 lbs. (20 toothpicks per box).
Packing on a particular order could be changed from these standard specifications without notification.
