Printing method:
Offset. Folded Booklet Size: 1½” Wide x 2½” Long (10 Toothpicks 2½” Long). *Starting price is based on 1 imprinting color at the minimum quantity and may not reflect the production specs of the sample shown. **4-Colors = 4-color process or 4 Pantone spot colors. ***Foil Hotstamping: $47.70 per 1,000 books per foil color on outside cover of book. For each foil color add 1-time hotstamping plate charge of $225.00 (g). Available in gold, silver, copper, black, red, green, or blue foils. ****Die-Embossing: $32.65/M on outside cover of book. Add 1-time die charge of $225.00 (g). NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): approximately 14 weeks imported, F.O.B. NJ. RUSH SERVICE (after proof approval): Lead time is 4 - 5 weeks for direct air freight delivery to any U.S. destination via FedEx. Rush charge, including delivery, is $175 for 1 case of 2,500 booklets + $120 for each additional case of 2,500 on the same shipment. Any balance of order will be shipped in approximately 14 weeks from proof approval, F.O.B. NJ. For shipments outside the U.S., please contact your distributor for a freight quote.
