Item #1039:  PRICES per 1,000 boxes with UV gloss coating (6c).  Add 1-time $55 setup (g), which includes a digital proof.
For prices on 100,000 boxes or more, contact your distributor.      

PRICES include printing each ink color on front and back of the outside sleeve with striker friction on the back side of inner pouch.  Overall matte varnish, PMS-2X inks, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each. Spot shiny varnish is a 1-color charge.  No extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Offset. 
Outside Sleeve: 2-7/16” x 2-7/16"; Inner Pouch: 2-7/16” x 2-7/16" (20-21 Matches / 2-Inch).

*Starting price is based on 1 imprinting color at the minimum quantity and may not reflect the production specs of the sample shown. 

**4-Colors = 4-color process or 4 Pantone spot colors.

***INNER POUCH PRINTING:  Base price $28.25 per 1,000 boxes (c) includes overall printing of one solid Pantone color inside and outside on duo-white board.  For additional colors add "Each Extra Color" (above) per quantity to be ordered.

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $60 per color for offset printing (g); $95 per foil color for hotstamping (g); $90 for die-embossing (g).  Add $75 for sample mock-ups (g).  No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 30,000 or more  matchboxes.  Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for press proof. 

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): approximately 12 weeks imported, F.O.B. New Jersey. Rush service is not available.  Please note: on this item the matches are filled by hand and balances over the first 30,000 boxes may have to be shipped 3 - 4 weeks later.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS/SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: on total quantity order of 20,000 or more, minimum shipments of 10,000 boxes are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.
 
STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON: 
#1039: 30 match pouches per inner caddy x 50 caddies = 1,500 match pouches per carton.  Dimensions: 20.8" x 16.7" x 12.7" = 2.6cft. Weight: 28 lbs.  Packing on a particular order could be changed from these standard specifications without notification.

SHIPPING:  We use only heavy-duty 5-wall corrugated shipping cartons.  Every effort is made to protect the gloss or matte finish on these matchboxes. Hard impacts in shipping may cause smudging and scratching of the finish. This is not a defect in the quality of the product and the factory cannot be held responsible for credits and re-makes due to rough handling in transit.
