MATCH TIP COLORS on 2-inch natural wood sticks: choose one (1) of these 17 standard tip colors for any quantity (see page bottom for list of equivalent Pantone colors). Any Pantone tip color is free on shipments of 25,000 cylinders or more****. Please specify the custom color (except metallic) to be closely matched. Sulfur-free tips come in yellow, orange, red, dark blue, dark green, dark brown or black only. |

PRICES include printing each ink color on both cap and base of cylinder with striker friction on bottom. Clear acetate see-thru top is standard. Overall matte varnish, PMS-2X inks, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each. Spot shiny varnish is a 1-color charge. There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint. Printing method: Offset. Cap: 3½” Round x ¾” High; Base: 3½” Round x 1½” High (24-25 Matches / 2-Inch). *No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 25,000 or more matchboxes. Please allow 2 weeks for pre-production press proof sample. **4-Colors = 4-color process or 4 Pantone spot colors. ***PAPER TOP PRINTING: Base price $26.25 per 1,000 boxes (c) includes overall solid printing of one Pantone color on white cardboard top in place of clear acetate top. For one Pantone color with copy and/or design, add 65.00 plate charge (g). For printing top designs with two or more colors, start with the base price of $26.25/M (c) for the first color and add Each Extra Color charge (c) per quantity of order. Example: 3 colors / 5,000 quantity = $26.25/M + $40.95/M x 2 = $108.15/M (c). PRODUCTION ALERT: Every effort is made to
protect the gloss or matte finish on these matchboxes. We use only
heavy-duty 5-wall corrugated shipping cartons. Due to the nature of
the paperboard, hard impacts in shipping may cause smudging and scratching
of the finish. This is not a defect in the quality of the product and
the factory cannot be held responsible for credits and re-makes due to rough
handling in transit.

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same. The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which also applies to exact reprint orders. The minimum quantity for each design is 2,500 cylinders. COMBINED COLOR COMBOS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the design plates do not change and the quantities of each color combo (2 or more) are the same. The charge is based on the total number of colors. For example, 3 combos of (1) red/yellow (2) black/orange (3) blue/pink with the exact same design would be charged as 6 colors at the total quantity price. The minimum quantity for each color combo is 2,500 cylinders. FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $60 per color for offset printing (g); $95 per foil color for hotstamping (g); $90 for die-embossing (g). Add $75 for sample mock-ups (g). No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 25,000 or more matchboxes. Please allow 2 weeks for press proof. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS/SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: on total quantity order of 10,000 or more, minimum shipments of 5,000 cylinders are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.

Rush service not available. MATCH TIP COLORS may vary slightly from order to order. Exact duplicates of Pantone color paper are not achievable on match tips because of their composition. For your reference, the following list of match tip colors gives the approximate PMS color equivalent: Yellow
