MATCH TIP COLORS on 2-inch natural wood sticks: choose one (1) of these 17 standard tip colors for any quantity (see page bottom for list of equivalent Pantone colors). Any match tip color is available on shipments of 10,000 or more. Please specify the Pantone color (except metallics) to be closely matched at no extra charge. Sulfur-free tips come in yellow, orange, red, dark blue, dark green, dark brown or black only.

PRICES include printing on both cap and base of cylinder with striker friction on bottom. Clear acetate see-thru top is standard. Matte varnish, PMS-2X inks, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each. There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint. Printing method: Offset. Cap: 4-5/8” Round x ¾” High; Base: 4-5/8” Round x 1½” High (80-85 Matches / 2-Inch).

*No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 25,000 or more matchboxes. Please allow 2 weeks for pre-production press proof sample.

***Paper Top price (c) includes printing one (1) Pantone color overall on white cardboard top in place of clear acetate top. For printing two or more colors on paper top, add each extra color charge per quantity.

PLAIN WHITE (no printing): deduct the Extra Color Charge from the 1-Color price per quantity (c).

EMPTY CYLINDERS (no matches/no striker): deduct 15% of the 1-Color base price per quantity (c) from the total order price.

Mixed Tip Colors: $70.70/M.
Choose any 2, 3, or 4 of the 17 standard match tip colors (see below) on natural wood sticks mixed together in the same box.

Colored Wood Matchsticks: $54.40/M.
Available in choice of black, purple, red, blue, green, yellow, dark brown or cedar brown with any of the 17 standard match tip colors (see below).

Foil Hotstamping: $47.70/M per foil color.
Available in gold, silver, copper, black, red, green, or blue foils on entire outside of cover. For each foil color add 1-time plate charge of $225.00 (g).

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same. The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which also applies to exact reprint orders. The minimum quantity for each design is 2,500 cylinders.

COMBINED COLOR COMBOS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the design plates do not change and the quantities of each color combo (2 or more) are the same. The charge is based on the total number of colors. For example, 3 combos of (1) red/yellow (2) black/orange (3) blue/pink with the exact same design would be charged as 6 colors at the total quantity price. The minimum quantity for each color combo is 2,500 cylinders.

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $60 per color for offset printing (g); $95 per foil color for hotstamping (g); $90 for die-embossing (g). Add $75 for sample mock-ups (g). No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 25,000 or more matchboxes. Please allow 2 weeks for press proof.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS/SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: on total quantity order of 10,000 or more, minimum shipments of 5,000 cylinders are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): 10 - 12 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.
Please note: due to the high demand for this item, which is assembled by hand, orders of more than 10,000 cylinders may have to be split- shipped every 3 weeks for each additional 10,000 after the first shipment.

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
#1006: 10 match cylinders per inner caddy x 50 caddies = 500 match cylinders per carton. Dimensions: 23.4" x 17.4" x 11.2" = 2.6cft. Weight: 29 lbs.

MATCH TIP COLORS may vary slightly from order to order. Exact duplicates of Pantone color paper are not achievable on match tips because of their composition. For your reference, the following list of match tip colors gives the approximate PMS color equivalent:
