Item #4069-D:  PRICES per 1,000 coasters (c).  Add 1-time $65 plate (g) and $55 setup (g), which includes a digital proof.

PRICES include imprinting a Pantone-U color on one (1) side of round white compressed 6-ply tissue.  Coasters may be  "blind-embossed" in white at the same price. If the design has only 1 color, please advise if the border outline should be in that color or plain white.  As this is an absorbent material, there may be slight color variations from the selected Pantone-U ink color.  Screens, wide ink coverage, and bleed borders must be avoided.  There are no plate or setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Letterpress (positive only).  Thickness: 6-ply; Diameter: 5½" round only.

*With 2 - 3 spot color printing, due to the flexible nature of the tissue material, separate plate registration of at least 1.5mm (about 1/16") between colors is necessary.  Please select color to be used on the border outline, which must be one of the imprinting colors.  

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): 6 - 7 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.
