Item #4069-B:  PRICES per 1,000 coasters (c).  Add 1-time $65 plate per color (g) and $55 setup (g), which includes a digital proof.

PRICES include imprinting Pantone-U colors on one (1) side of scalloped round white compressed 6-ply tissue.  Coasters may be "blind-embossed" in white at the 1-color price.  If the design has only one color, please advise if the border outline should be in that color or plain white.  As this is an absorbent material, there may be slight color variations from the selected Pantone-U ink colors.  Screens, wide ink coverage, abutting colors, and bleed borders must be avoided.  There are no plate or setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Letterpress (positive only).  Thickness: 6-ply; Diameter: 4" round only.

*With 2 - 4 spot color printing, due to the flexible nature of the tissue material, separate plate registration of at least 1.5mm (about 1/16") between colors is necessary.  Please select color to be used on the border outline, which must be one of the imprinting colors.  CMYK (4-color process) printing is not available.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): 6 - 7 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.

#4069-B: 1,250 coasters per inner box x 8 boxes = 10,000 coasters per carton.  Dimensions: 16.9" x 16.9" x 13" = 2.1cft.  Weight: 22 lbs.
