IMPORTED Item #4068-IM-AR:  PRICES per 1,000 coasters (c).  Add 1-time $65 plate per color (g) and $55 setup (g), which includes a digital proof.

PRICES include imprinting Pantone-U colors on one (1) side of only Round (AR) white compressed 8-ply cellulose tissue with wax back.  Choose (1) round small scalloped edge (as shown) or (2) round large scalloped (dashed) border or (3) round flat edge.  If not specified, small scalloped edge round coasters will be produced.  As this is an absorbent material, there may be slight color variations from the selected Pantone-U ink colors.  Screens, wide ink coverage, abutting colors, and bleed borders must be avoided.   There are no plate or setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Letterpress.  
Thickness: 8-ply; Diameter: 90mm (3½") round (R) only.

*With 2-color printing, due to the flexible nature of the cellulose material, separate color plate registration of at least 1.5mm (about 1/16") is necessary.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): 7 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.

RUSH SERVICE (after proof approval): 3 - 4 weeks delivered within continental U.S.A.  Rush charge, including shipping and handling, is $170 for 1 case of 10,000 coasters.  For 2 or more cases of 10,000 coasters, the charge is $145 per case.  The balance of order, if any, will be shipped within normal production time of 7 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.
