pulpboard on 1 or 2 sides up to four (4) colors on each side. No extra charges
for screens/half-tones, reverses and full bleeds.
On orders under
50,000 coasters or orders of 50,000 coasters with 4 or more colors, spot colors are converted to CMYK.
We will come as close as possible to matching Pantone inks but not all
can be printed through CMYK process. Metallic colors are not
available with CMYK printing.
Any Pantone colors, including
metallic inks, are available for 50,000 coasters with 1, 2 or 3 colors
and 100,000 coasters or more with up to 8 colors (4/4).

MULTIPLE
DESIGNS: Minimum
quantity per version is 2,500 coasters (1 shipping carton). Total quantities and color combinations in the
YELLOW area do not qualify
for total quantity pricing. Each design is charged at the
individual quantity.
NORMAL
PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): 3 - 4 weeks, F.O.B. New York. RUSH SERVICE: 10 - 12 business days (after proof approval) to ship orders up to 50,000 coasters with CMYK printing. Add $200 (g). For higher quantities with Pantone spot colors, please inquire. **STANDARD SHIPPING CARTONS:#4066-D: For shipments of 10,000 coasters or more: 28 sleeves x 125 coasters per sleeve = 3,500 coasters per carton. Dimensions: 24½" x 20½" x 7" = 2.0cft. Weight: Round - 37 lbs.; Square - 48 lbs. For shipments of 2,500 and 5,000 and 7,500 coasters: 20 sleeves x 125 coasters per sleeve = 2,500 coasters per carton. Dimensions: 20½" x 16½" x 9¾" = 1.9cft. Weight: Round - 28 lbs.; Square - 35 lbs.
