With 1 millimeter thick mat pulpboard coasters you get economical full-color printing on both sides in low quantities starting at just 2,500 pieces. Your advertising message and logo can be read repeatedly on these reusable coasters.  While absorbent, this hard mat world-class German board allows for the highest quality multi-color graphics.

*Starting price is based on CMYK printing on both sides of coaster at the minimum quantity and may not reflect the production specs of the sample shown. 

MULTIPLE DESIGNS:  Minimum quantity per version is 2,500 coasters (1 shipping carton).  Total quantities and color combinations in the YELLOW area do not qualify for total quantity pricing.  Each design is charged at the individual quantity. 
Total quantities and color combinations in the GREEN area will be specially quoted by the factory at the total quantity. All designs must have the same quantities and colors or CMYK on one or both sides. Please contact your distributor for a quote, specifying the total quantity, the number of designs, and the imprinting colors.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): 3 - 4 weeks, F.O.B. New York.  

RUSH SERVICE: 10 - 12 business days (after proof approval) to ship orders up to 50,000 coasters with CMYK printing.  Add $200 (g).  For higher quantities with Pantone spot colors, please inquire.

**STANDARD SHIPPING CARTONS:
#4066-B: For shipments of 5,000 coasters or more: 40 sleeves x 125 coasters per sleeve = 5,000 coasters per carton.  Dimensions: 20½" x 16½" x 9¾" = 1.9cft.  Weight: Round - 38 lbs.; Square - 46 lbs. 

For shipments of only 2,500 coasters: 20 sleeves x 125 coasters per sleeve = 2,500 coasters per carton.  Dimensions: 20¼" x 8¼" x 9¾" = 0.9cft.  Weight: Round - 19 lbs.; Square - 23 lbs.
