Toothpicks that earn you more business with natural
wood and no artificial flavors or scents. Here’s a personal article imprinted with your logo and contact information that customers take home or carry throughout the day. It’s your promotional alternative to box matches. 

Each box stores 10 or 20 full-length toothpicks for repetitive advertising down to the last.
 

Item #4044-10:  PRICES per 1,000 boxes with UV gloss coating and 10 full-length 2.5" toothpicks (6c).   Add 1-time $55 setup (g), which includes a digital proof.  For Item #4044-20 with 20 full-length 2.5" toothpicks, add $40.00/M to total price (c).

PRICES include printing on top, bottom, and two (2) sides of box. Spot shiny varnish is an extra 1-color charge. Poly-wrapping is not provided. No extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Offset.  Top/Bottom: 2¾" Long x 1” Wide; Each Side: 2¾" Long x 5/16” High (10 Toothpicks 2½” Long).

*Starting price is based on 1 imprinting color at the minimum quantity and may not reflect the production specs of the sample shown. 

**4-Colors = 4-color process or 4 Pantone spot colors.

***DRAWER (inner tray) PRINTING:  Base price $18.70 per 1,000 boxes (c) includes overall printing of one solid Pantone color inside and outside on duo-white board.  For additional colors add "Each Extra Color" (above) per quantity to be ordered.

****Foil Hotstamping: $47.70 per 1,000 books per foil color on outside cover of book.  For each foil color add 1-time hotstamping plate charge of $225.00 (g).  Available in gold, silver, copper, black, red, green, or blue foils.

*****Die-Embossing: $32.65/M on outside cover of book.  Add 1-time die charge of $225.00 (g).

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $60 per color for offset printing (g); $95 per foil color for hotstamping (g); $90 for die-embossing (g).  Add $75 for sample mock-ups (g).  No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 50,000 or more  boxes.  Please allow 2 weeks for press proof. 

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): approximately 12 weeks imported, F.O.B. New Jersey.

RUSH SERVICE (after proof approval): Lead time is 4 - 5 weeks for direct air freight delivery to any U.S. destination via FedEx. 
#4044-10: Rush charge, including delivery, is $160 for 1 case of 2,500 boxes with 10 toothpicks + $110 for each additional case of 2,500 on the same shipment. 
#4044-20: Rush charge, including delivery, is $180 for 1 case of 2,500 boxes with 20 toothpicks + $135 for each additional case of 2,500 on the same shipment.
Any balance of order will be shipped in approximately 12 weeks from proof approval, F.O.B. NJ.  For shipments outside the U.S., please contact your distributor for a freight quote.  

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
#4044-10:  50 boxes per inner caddy x 50 caddies = 2,500 boxes per carton.  Dimensions: 20.5" x 13.6" x 12.4" = 2.0cft. 
Weight: 24 lbs. (10 toothpicks per box). 
#4044-20:  50 boxes per inner caddy x 50 caddies = 2,500 boxes per carton.  Dimensions: 20.5" x 13.6" x 12.4" = 2.0cft. 
Weight: 33 lbs. (20 toothpicks per box).
Packing on a particular order could be changed from these standard specifications without notification.

SHIPPING:  We use only heavy-duty 5-wall corrugated shipping cartons.  Every effort is made to protect the gloss or matte finish on these matchboxes. Hard impacts in shipping may cause smudging and scratching of the finish. This is not a defect in the quality of the product and the factory cannot be held responsible for credits and re-makes due to rough handling in transit.
