PRICES include printing on entire outside cover (front, saddle, back, and inside pouch) of premium white kromekote board. Each booklet is individually cello-wrapped. There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint. Printing method: Offset. Folded Booklet Size: 2” Wide x 2½” Long (15 Toothpicks 2-3/8" Long). 4-Colors = 4-color process or 4 Pantone spot colors. NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME* (after proof approval): 8 - 10 weeks, F.O.B. CA. RUSH SERVICE (after proof approval): 4 - 5 weeks delivered within continental U.S.A. Rush charge, including shipping and handling, is $255 for 1 case of 5,000 booklets. For 2 or more cases of 5,000 booklets, the charge is $230 per case. The balance of order, if any, will be shipped within normal production time of 8 - 10 weeks, F.O.B. CA.
