Pocket-size and lightweight, this always-needed tissue 
pack is easily distributed to your target market – as a direct mail piece, a trade show giveaway, a leave-behind on sales and service calls, and an amenity in your reception area. 

Custom designs with unlimited colors or 4-color process start at only 2,000 packs. The insert card with your logo/advertising copy on one side can also be printed as a redeemable coupon or special offer on the underside.

***Underside Printing - the insert card can be printed as a redeemable coupon or special offer on the underside with your logo/advertising copy on the top side. 

****The minimum order for polywrap printing is 15,000 packs from 1 to 4 colors.  The charge is per Pantone color including gravure plates on one or both sides of pack (same price).  For 4-color process printing the prices do not include plates - please ask for separate quote.  Revisions on polywrap plates for Pantone colors: $375 per color (g) for change of copy/design at customer’s request.  Printing method: Gravure.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS on orders of 100,000 or more tissue packs.

A. 1 color on insert card / clear polywrap (3c):
    100,000 - $159.60/M + $3.05/M for each additional Pantone color on insert card.
    250,000 - $155.25/M + $2.15/M for each additional Pantone color on insert card.
    500,000 - $147.45/M + $1.55/M for each additional Pantone color on insert card.

B. 1 color on polywrap / blank insert card (3c):
    100,000 - $164.85/M + $11.35/M for each additional Pantone color on polywrap.
    250,000 - $154.45/M + $5.25/M for each additional Pantone color on polywrap.
    500,000 - $146.85/M + $2.90/M for each additional Pantone color on polywrap.

C. 1 color on insert card / 1 color on polywrap (3c):
    100,000 - $170.95/M + each additional Pantone color - $3.05/M on insert card / $11.35/M on polywrap.
    250,000 - $160.50/M + each additional Pantone color - $2.15/M on insert card / $5.25/M on polywrap.
    500,000 - $150.35/M + each additional Pantone color - $1.55/M on insert card / $2.90/M on polywrap.

D. 4-Color Process on insert card (3c):
    100,000 - $168.75/M + $11.35/M for each Pantone color on polywrap.
    250,000 - $161.65/M + $5.25/M for each Pantone color on polywrap.
    500,000 - $152.10/M + $2.90/M for each Pantone color on polywrap.

E. 4-Color Process on polywrap (3c):
    100,000 - $234.10/M + $3.05/M for each Pantone color on insert card.

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same.  Combined printing applies only to the insert card; it is not available on the polywrap. The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which also applies to exact reprint orders.  The minimum quantity for each design is 3,000 packs.

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $60 per color per side (g) for offset printing on insert label; not available on polywrap.  No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 50,000 or more packs.  Please allow 2 weeks for production. 

CLEAR PLASTIC BAGGING:
A. 6 packs per bag: add $21.40 per 1,000 tissue packs (c).
B. 50 packs per bag: add $9.15 per 1,000 tissue packs (c).

PLAIN WHITE TISSUE PACKS (no imprinting): $173.00 per case of 500 packs (c).

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): 7 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. CA.

RUSH SERVICE (after proof approval): 3 - 4 weeks delivered.  Rush charge, including shipping and handling, is $200 for 1 case of 500 packs.  For 2 or more cases of 500 packs, the charge is $135 per case.  For shipments outside the United States, please contact your distributor for a freight quote.  The balance of your order, if any, will be shipped within normal production time of 7 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. CA.

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
#4040-10: 500 packs per carton.  Dimensions: 13.8" x 12.4" x 22.2" = 2.2cft.  Weight: 16 lbs.
