Item #4020-05:  PRICES per 1,000 packs with 5 towelettes and standard polywrap design (c).  Add 1-time $55 setup (g), which includes a digital proof. 

Item #4020-10:  PRICES per 1,000 packs with 10 towelettes and standard polywrap design (c).  Add 1-time $55 setup (g), which includes a digital proof. 

PRICES include printing on white re-closable seal.  PMS-2X ink colors and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each; fluorescent inks count as 3 colors each.  There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Offset on polypropylene seal; Gravure on polywrap.  Please specify your choice of 5 or 10 towelettes per pack.  If neither is specified, 5 towelettes will be supplied at the lower price.
Pocket-Pack Size: 5½” Wide x 2¾” High; Imprint Area on Seal: 3-3/8" Wide x 1¾” High.

*No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 10,000 or more packs.  Please allow 2 weeks for production.   

**4-Colors on seal = 4-color process or 4 Pantone spot colors. 

POLYWRAP IMPRINTING on one or both sides in 1 - 2 colors only (minimum 50,000 packs): add $20.00 per color (c) to the 20M price for an order quantity of 50M or more. 

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $60 per color (g) for offset printing on seal; not available on polywrap.  No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 10,000 or more packs.  Please allow 2 weeks for production.   

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval):  7 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. CA.  

RUSH SERVICE (after proof approval): 3 - 4 weeks delivered.  For shipments outside the United States, please contact your distributor for a freight quote.  
#4020-05: Rush charge including shipping and handling is $200 for 1 case of 500 packs with 5 towelettes or $135 per case for 2 or more cases of 500 packs. The balance of your order, if any, will be shipped within normal production time of 7 - 9 weeks,  F.O.B. CA.
#4020-10: Rush charge including shipping and handling is $215 for 1 case of 400 packs with 10 towelettes or $155 per case for 2 or more cases of 400 packs.  The balance of your order, if any, will be shipped within normal production time of 7 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. CA.

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
#4020-05:  500 packs per carton.  Dimensions: 26" x 11.2" x 12" = 2.0cft.  Weight: 24 lbs. (5 towelettes per pack). 
#4020-10:  400 packs per carton.  Dimensions: 26.4" x 11.4" x 11.4" = 2.0cft.  Weight: 26 lbs. (10 towelettes per pack).
