Containing 11-inch long sticks, these matchboxes showcase your establishment's logo, message, and contact information. Much valued reminders of your business, matchboxes with 11-inch matches are kept handy on a fireplace mantle or kitchen shelf. 

Long-burning 11-inch wood matches work best for barbecues, campfires, fireplaces, gas stoves/grills/heaters/boilers, and hard-to-reach household pilot lights.  With each customer's use your logo matchboxes promote repeat business.

Item #1001:  PRICES per 1,000 boxes with UV gloss coating (c).  Add 1-time $55 setup (g), which includes a digital proof. 

PRICES include printing each ink color on top, one side, and bottom of duo-white box with striker friction on the other side.  Each box is individually shrink-wrapped.  Overall matte varnish, PMS-2X inks, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each. Spot shiny varnish is a 1-color charge. There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Offset. 
Top/Bottom: 11-5/8” Long x 2-3/8” Wide; 2 Sides: 11-5/8” Long x 1¾” High (40 Matches / 11-Inch).  
 
*No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 10,000 or more matchboxes.  Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for pre-production press proof sample.  

**4-Colors = 4-color process or 4 Pantone spot colors.

***Special Match Tip Color: Add $250.00 (g) for less than 5,000 boxes.  No charge for 5,000 boxes or more.      

****DRAWER (inner tray) PRINTING:  Base price $71.00 per 1,000 boxes (c) includes overall printing of one Pantone color inside and outside on duo-white board.

For printing drawer designs with one or more plate colors, start with the base price of $71.00/M (c) and add Each Extra Color charge (c) per quantity of order.  Example: 2 plate colors / 5,000 quantity = $71.00/M + $52.00/M x 2 = $175.00/M (c). Overall matte varnish, PMS-2X ink colors, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each. Spot shiny varnish is a 1-color charge.

PLAIN WHITE (no printing): deduct the Extra Color Charge from the 1-Color price per quantity (c).

EMPTY BOXES (no matches/no striker): deduct 15%.

Mixed Tip Colors: $83.00/M.
Choose any two (2) of the 14 standard match tip colors (see below) on natural wood sticks mixed together in the same box. 

Black Sticks: $101.00/M.
Available with any of the 14 standard match tip colors (see below). 

Foil Hotstamping: $175.00/M per foil color on all sides of box with duo-white cover. 
For each foil color add 1-time hotstamping plate charge of $450.00 (g).  Available in gold, silver, copper, black, red, green, or blue foils.

Die-Embossing: $175.00/M on all sides of box with duo-white cover. 
Add 1-time die charge of $450.00 (g).  Raises copy and/or graphics on surface of paperboard for tactile effect.  For best results, apply to copy with thick letters and designs with heavy lines. With thin lines and close registration, please inquire and submit artwork to your distributor for factory approval. 

Double-Sided Striker Friction: $50.00/M.

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same.  The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which   also applies to reprint orders.  The minimum quantity for each design is 2,500 boxes.

COMBINED COLOR COMBOS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the design plates do not change and the quantities of each color combo (2 or more) are the same.  The charge is based on the total number of colors.  For example, 3 combos of (1) red/yellow (2) black/orange (3) blue/pink with the exact same design would be charged as 6 colors at the total quantity price.  The minimum quantity for each color combo is 2,500 boxes.

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $90 per color for offset printing (g); $195 per foil color for hotstamping (g); $195 for die-embossing (g).  Add $175 for sample mock-ups (g).  No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 10,000 or more matchboxes.  Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for press proof. 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS / SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: on total quantity order of 10,000 or more, minimum shipments of 5,000 boxes are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): approximately 8 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.
Please note: on this item, which is assembled by hand, orders of more than 25,000 boxes may have to be split-shipped every 3 weeks for each additional 25,000.

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
#1001: 100 matchboxes individually shrink-wrapped per carton.  Dimensions: 12½" x 11¾" x 12½" = 1.1cft.  Weight: 23 lbs.

MATCH TIP COLORS may vary slightly from order to order.  Exact duplicates of Pantone color paper are not achievable on match tips because of their composition.  For your reference, the following list of match tip colors gives the approximate PMS color equivalent:
