Colorful and attractive "Baby Bear" matchboxes showcase your establishment's logo, message, and contact information. "Baby Bear" matchboxes are your company's functional business cards.  They are valued reminders of your business that customers take home and keep.

Wood matches are perfect for candles, barbecues, campfires, pipes & cigars, fireplaces, gas stoves/grills/heaters, and other household necessities.  With each light your logo matchboxes promote repeat business.   

MATCH TIPS: 19 STANDARD COLORS on natural wood sticks at no charge.  See below.  For custom matching of tip color, add $75 per shipment (c).

Item #1054:  PRICES per 1,000 boxes with regular varnish (c).  Add 1-time $55 setup (g), which includes prep, a pre-press digital proof and setup.

PRICES include printing on top, bottom, and one side of box with striker friction on the other side.  There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no plate charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Offset. 
Top/Bottom: 2-1/16” Long x 1-1/16” Wide; 2 Sides: 2-1/16” Long x ¼” High (10-12 Matches / 1-5/8-Inch).

*4-Colors = 4-color process or 4 Pantone spot colors.

Design Notes:  
(1) There is no bleed line between shucks.  Therefore, some side design could show on the opposite shuck side if colors are different.  
(2) Please do not designate “top” or “bottom” of box on artwork as match boxes are assembled without consistent orientation of the outer cover to the inner drawer.

OPTIONS: add charge per 1,000 boxes for all quantities (4f).

Kromekote: $6.00/M.
Bright white glossy coated board particularly recommended for white backgrounds, for printing pastel ink colors, and for die-embossing.

Foil Cover: $21.10/M. 
Gold or silver (dull or shiny).  Positive printing of one (1) Pantone color only.  Use as background for printing a dark ink.  Not recommended for light imprinting inks which are discolored by the metallic foil base.   

Foil Hotstamping: $39.80/M per foil color. 
Minimum shipment quantity is 30,000 boxes. Available in gold or silver foil on entire outside of cover.  There is no charge for the original hotstamping plate but art revisions requiring new plates will incur a charge of $225.00 per foil color (g).

Die-Embossing: $25.80/M.
Minimum shipment quantity is 30,000.  Raises copy and/or graphics on surface of paperboard for tactile effect on entire outside of cover.  For best results, apply to copy with thick letters and designs with heavy lines.  There is no charge for the original embossing dies but art revisions requiring new dies will incur a charge of $225.00 (g).  With thin/fine registration, please inquire and submit artwork to your distributor for a special job quote.

Double-Sided Striker Friction: Please inquire per quantity to be ordered.

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same.  The match tip colors must also be the same for all designs.  The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which also applies to exact reprint orders.  The minimum quantity for each design is 5,000 boxes.

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: charges are $190.00 setup plus $80.00 per color for offset printing (g).  Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for color pre-production press proof sample.

PLATE REVISIONS for change of copy/design at customer’s request are $65 per color (g).

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS / SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: on total quantity order of 30,000 or more, minimum shipments of 15,000 boxes are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.  Not available with colored, special, and metallic match tips, and/or black match sticks.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): 4 - 5 weeks, F.O.B. MN.  Add 1 week for colored, custom, and metallic  match tip colors and/or black match sticks.                                                                                      

RUSH SERVICE (after proof approval): ships in 3 weeks with white match tips on natural wood sticks and no OPTIONS (see above).  Add 15% to total order price, including setup and any other prep charges.

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON: 
#1054: 10 match boxes per paper wrap  x 250 wraps = 2,500 match boxes per carton.  Dimensions: 18.1" x 10.9" x 11.4" = 1.3cft. Weight: 21 lbs.

MATCH TIP COLORS may vary slightly from order to order.  Exact duplicates of Pantone color paper are not achievable on match tips because of their composition.  For your reference, the following list of match tip colors gives the approximate PMS color equivalent:

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS to be applied to the 250,000 end quantity price on orders of 500,000 or more boxes.  
Multiple shipments with split billings are limited to 4 equal shipments within one year.

5% - 2 shipments of  250,000.
7% - 1 shipment of 500,000.
10% - 2 shipments of 500,000.
12% - 1 or more shipments of 1,000,000.

Orders with any of the OPTIONS (above) are NOT eligible for these discounts.
