Item #1029:  PRICES per 1,000 boxes with UV gloss coating (c).  Add 1-time $55 setup (g), which includes a digital proof.

PRICES include printing on 3 sides of box with striker friction in the middle of one side.  Matte varnish, PMS-2X inks, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each.  There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Offset. 
3 Sides: each 2¼” Long x 1" Wide (19-20 Matches / 2-Inch).
 
*No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 50,000 or more matchboxes.  Please allow 2 weeks for pre-production press proof sample.  

**4-Colors = 4-color process or 4 Pantone spot colors.

PLAIN WHITE (no printing): deduct the Extra Color Charge from the 1-Color price per quantity (c).

EMPTY BOXES (no matches/no striker): deduct 15% of the 1-Color base price per quantity (c) from the total order price.

Mixed Tip Colors: $15.60/M.
Choose any 2 or 3 of the 17 standard match tip colors (see below) on natural wood sticks mixed together in the same box. 

Colored Wood Matchsticks: $11.10/M
Available in choice of black, purple, red, blue, green, yellow, dark brown or cedar brown with any of the 17 standard match tip colors (see below).

Foil Hotstamping: $47.70/M per foil color.   
Available in gold, silver, copper, black, red, green, or blue foils on entire outside of cover.  For each foil color add 1-time plate charge of $225.00 (g).  

Die-Embossing: $32.65/M.
Raises copy and/or graphics on surface of paperboard for tactile effect on entire outside of cover.  For best results, apply to copy with thick letters and designs with heavy lines.  Add 1-time die charge of $225.00 (g). With thin/fine registration, please inquire and submit artwork to your distributor for a special job quote.

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same.  The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which also applies to exact reprint orders.  The minimum quantity for each design is 5,000 boxes.

COMBINED COLOR COMBOS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the design plates do not change and the quantities of each color combo (2 or more) are the same.  The charge is based on the total number of colors.  For example, 3 combos of (1) red/yellow (2) black/orange (3) blue/pink with the exact same design would be charged as 6 colors at the total quantity price.  The minimum quantity for each color combo is 5,000 boxes.

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $60 per color for offset printing (g); $95 per foil color for hotstamping (g); $90 for die-embossing (g).  Add $75 for sample mock-ups (g).  No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 50,000 or more  matchboxes.  Please allow 2 weeks for press proof. 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS/SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: on total quantity order of 20,000 or more, minimum shipments of 10,000 boxes are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): 7 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.

RUSH shipping in 3 - 4 weeks after proof approval - TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED.     

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON: 
#1029: 50 match boxes per inner caddy x 50 caddies = 2,500 match boxes per carton.  Dimensions: 23.8" x 17.6" x 12" = 2.9cft. Weight: 32 lbs.

MATCH TIP COLORS may vary slightly from order to order.  Exact duplicates of Pantone color paper are not achievable on match tips because of their composition.  For your reference, the following list of match tip colors gives the approximate PMS color equivalent:

Multiple shipments are limited to 4 equal shipments within one year.

2% - 4 shipments of 25,000
5% - 2 or more shipments of 50,000
7% - 1 or more shipments of 100,000
10% - 1 or more shipments of 300,000
