Colorful "Triangle" matchboxes show off your company's logo, message, and contact information. "Triangle" matchboxes are your company's functional business cards. They are valued reminders of your establishment that customers take home and keep. 

Wood matches are perfect for candles, barbecues, campfires, pipes & cigars, fireplaces, gas stoves/grills/heaters, and other household necessities.  With each light your logo matchboxes promote repeat business.

Item #1029:  PRICES per 1,000 boxes with UV gloss coating (c).  Add 1-time $55 setup (g), which includes a digital proof.

PRICES include printing each ink color on 3 sides of box with striker friction in the middle of one side.  Overall matte varnish, PMS-2X inks, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each. Spot shiny varnish is a 1-color charge. There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Offset. 3 Sides: each 2¼” Long x 1" Wide (19-20 Matches / 2-Inch).

***Special Match Tip Color: Add $150.00 (g) for less than 25,000 boxes.  No charge for 25,000 boxes or more.

****DRAWER (inner tray) PRINTING:  Base price $22.00 per 1,000 boxes (c) includes overall printing of one Pantone color inside and outside on duo-white board.  Not available with Natural, Laid, or Foil stocks (OPTIONS below).

For printing drawer designs with one or more plate colors, start with the base price of $22.00/M (c) and add Each Extra Color charge (c) per quantity of order.  Example: 2 plate colors / 10,000 quantity = $22.00/M + $11.35/M x 2 = $44.70/M (c).  Overall matte varnish, PMS-2X ink colors, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each. Spot shiny varnish is a 1-color charge.

PLAIN WHITE (no printing): deduct the Extra Color Charge from the 1-Color price per quantity (c).

EMPTY BOXES (no matches/no striker): deduct 15%.

PRODUCTION ALERT: Every effort is made to protect the gloss or matte finish on these matchboxes.  We use only heavy-duty 5-wall corrugated shipping cartons.  Due to the nature of the paperboard, hard impacts in shipping may cause smudging and scratching of the finish.  This is not a defect in the quality of the product and the factory cannot be held responsible for credits and re-makes due to rough handling in transit.

Mixed Tip Colors: $19.90/M.
Choose any 2 or 3 of the 17 standard match tip colors (see below) on natural wood sticks mixed together in the same box.

Black Sticks: $17.15/M.
Available with any of the 17 standard match tip colors (see below).     

Colored Wood Matchsticks: $27.15/M
Available in choice of purple, red, blue, green, yellow, dark brown or cedar brown with any of the 17 standard match tip colors (see below).

Foil Hotstamping: $47.70/M per foil color on 2 sides of box with duo-white cover. 
For each foil color add 1-time hotstamping plate charge of $225.00 (g).  Available in gold, silver, copper, black, red, green, or blue foils. 

Die-Embossing: $32.65/M on 2 sides of box with duo-white cover. 
Add 1-time die charge of $225.00 (g).  Raises copy and/or graphics on surface of paperboard for tactile effect. For best results, apply to copy with thick letters and designs with heavy lines. With thin lines and close registration, please inquire and submit artwork to your distributor for factory approval.

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same.  The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which also applies to exact reprint orders.  The minimum quantity for each design is 5,000 boxes.

COMBINED COLOR COMBOS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the design plates do not change and the quantities of each color combo (2 or more) are the same.  The charge is based on the total number of colors.  For example, 3 combos of (1) red/yellow (2) black/orange (3) blue/pink with the exact same design would be charged as 6 colors at the total quantity price.  The minimum quantity for each color combo is 5,000 boxes.

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $60 per color for offset printing (g); $95 per foil color for hotstamping (g); $90 for die-embossing (g).  Add $75 for sample mock-ups (g).  No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 50,000 or more  matchboxes.  Please allow 2 weeks for press proof. 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS/SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: on total quantity order of 20,000 or more, minimum shipments of 10,000 boxes are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): approximately 8 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.  Rush service not available.
Please note: on this item, which is assembled by hand, orders of more than 30,000 boxes may have to be split-shipped every 3 weeks for each additional 30,000. 
 
STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON: 
#1029: 50 match boxes per inner caddy x 50 caddies = 2,500 match boxes per carton.  Dimensions: 23.8" x 17.6" x 12" = 2.9cft. Weight: 32 lbs.  Packing on a particular order could be changed from these standard specifications without notification.

MATCH TIP COLORS may vary slightly from order to order.  Exact duplicates of Pantone color paper are not achievable on match tips because of their composition.  For your reference, the following list of match tip colors gives the approximate PMS color equivalent:
