PRICES include two (2) standard drawers and printing each ink color on top, bottom, and one side of box with striker friction on the other side.  Overall matte varnish, PMS-2X inks, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each. Spot shiny varnish is a 1-color charge.  There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Offset. Top/Bottom: 4½” Long x 1-5/8” Wide; 2 Sides: 4½” Long x 3/8” High (52-54 Matches / 2-Inch).

**4-Colors = 4-color process or 4 Pantone spot colors.

****DRAWER (inner tray) PRINTING:  Base price $48.30 per 1,000 boxes (c) includes overall same solid printing of one Pantone color on each duo-white drawer inside and outside. 

PRODUCTION ALERT: Every effort is made to protect the gloss or matte finish on these matchboxes.  We use only heavy-duty 5-wall corrugated shipping cartons.  Due to the nature of the paperboard, hard impacts in shipping may cause smudging and scratching of the finish.  This is not a defect in the quality of the product and the factory cannot be held responsible for credits and re-makes due to rough handling in transit.  

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $60 per color for offset printing (g); $95 per foil color for hotstamping (g); $90 for die-embossing (g).  Add $75 for sample mock-ups (g).  No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 25,000 or more  matchboxes.  Please allow 2 weeks for press proof. 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS / SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: on total quantity order of 10,000 or more, minimum shipments of 5,000 boxes are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): approximately 8 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.  Rush service not available.
Please note: on this item, which is assembled by hand, orders of more than 15,000 boxes may have to be split-shipped every 3 weeks for each additional 15,000. 
 
STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
#1024-T2L: 100 match boxes per inner caddy x 12 caddies = 1,200 match boxes per carton. Dimensions: 23.4" x 19.6" x 11" = 2.9cft.  Weight: 35 lbs.  Packing on a particular order could be changed from these standard specifications without notification.
