MATCH TIP COLORS on 1½” inch natural wood sticks: choose one (1) of these 17 standard tip colors for any quantity (see page bottom for list of equivalent Pantone colors). Any match tip color is available on shipments of 25,000 or more. Please specify the Pantone color (except metallics) to be closely matched at no extra charge. Sulfur-free tips come in yellow, orange, red, dark blue, dark green, dark brown or black only.

PRICES include printing on top, bottom, and one side of box with striker friction on the other side. Matte varnish, PMS-2X inks, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each. There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint. Printing method: Offset.
Top/Bottom: 1-5/8” Long x 1-3/8” Wide; 2 Sides: 1-5/8” Long x 3/8” High (20-21 Matches / 1½”-Inch).

*No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 50,000 or more matchboxes. Please allow 2 weeks for pre-production press proof sample.

***DRAWER (inner tray) PRINTING: Base price $21.00 per 1,000 boxes (c) includes overall printing of one Pantone color inside and outside on duo-white board. For printing drawer designs with one or more plate colors, add to the base price Each Extra Color charge per quantity. Example: 2 plate colors / 10,000 quantity = $10.80/M x 2 + $21.00/M = $42.60/M. Matte varnish, PMS-2X ink colors, fluorescent inks, and metallic inks (gold, silver, copper, or bronze) count as 2 colors each.

PLAIN WHITE (no printing): deduct the Extra Color Charge from the 1-Color price per quantity (c). Example: quantity 20,000, deduct $6.45/M from $150.00/M = $143.55/M (c).

EMPTY BOXES (no matches/no striker): deduct 15% of the 1-Color base price per quantity (c) from the total order price. Example: quantity 30,000 ($142.10/M x 30M x 0.15), deduct $639.45 (c).

OPTIONS: add charge per 1,000 boxes for all quantities (9f).

Natural Board: $8.90/M (x minimum of 30M).
Printing on the tan-colored underside of recycled paper without coating for the “rustic” look. Recommended only for dark ink imprinting. Pantone color matching may be 1 - 2 shades lighter or darker. Minimum charge is based on shipment quantity of 30,000 boxes. If quantity is less than 30,000, price per 1,000 boxes is x 30M / quantity.

Laid: $17.80/M.
Uncoated matte white board with textured surface. Select only Pantone-U (uncoated) ink colors.

Foil Cover: $57.20/M.
Gold or silver (dull or shiny). Best used as background for printing dark inks. Not recommended for light imprinting inks which are discolored by the metallic foil base. Add 2 weeks to normal production time.

Foil Drawer: $21.55/M
Shiny gold or silver foil drawer without imprinting.

Foil Hotstamping: $47.70/M per foil color.
Available in gold, silver, copper, black, red, green, or blue foils on entire outside of of duo-white cover paper. Not available on Natural or Laid board (above). For each foil color add 1-time plate charge of $225.00 (g).

Die-Embossing: $32.65/M.
Raises copy and/or graphics on surface of paperboard for tactile effect on entire outside of cover. For best results, apply to copy with thick letters and designs with heavy lines. Add 1-time die charge of $225.00 (g). With thin/fine registration, please inquire and submit artwork to your distributor for a special job quote.

Mixed Tip Colors: $15.60/M.
Choose any 2, 3, or 4 of the 17 standard match tip colors (see below) mixed together in the same box.

Colored Wood Matchsticks: $12.85/M.
Available in choice of black, purple, red, blue, green, yellow, dark brown or cedar brown with any of the 17 standard match tip colors (see below).

Double-Sided Striker Friction: $4.65/M.

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same. The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which also applies to exact reprint orders. The minimum quantity for each design is 5,000 boxes.

COMBINED COLOR COMBOS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the design plates do not change and the quantities of each color combo (2 or more) are the same. The charge is based on the total number of colors. For example, 3 combos of (1) red/yellow (2) black/orange (3) blue/pink with the exact same design would be charged as 6 colors at the total quantity price. The minimum quantity for each color combo is 5,000 boxes.

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $60 per color for offset printing (g); $95 per foil color for hotstamping (g); $90 for die-embossing (g). Add $75 for sample mock-ups (g). No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 50,000 or more matchboxes. Please allow 2 weeks for press proof.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS/SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: on total quantity order of 20,000 or more, minimum shipments of 10,000 boxes are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): 7 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.

RUSH shipping in 3 - 4 weeks after proof approval - TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED.

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
#1014: 50 match boxes per inner caddy x 50 caddies = 2,500 match boxes per carton. Dimensions: 18" x 15" x 10.6" = 1.7cft. Weight: 26 lbs.

MATCH TIP COLORS may vary slightly from order to order. Exact duplicates of Pantone color paper are not achievable on match tips because of their composition. For your reference, the following list of match tip colors gives the approximate PMS color equivalent:
