ORDERING INFORMATION
Pricing:
All prices are expressed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change
without notice.
A. For
order quantities between price breaks, the lower quantity price applies.
B. For
orders greater than end-quantity on the item page price grid, click DISCOUNTS
(if available) or contact your distributor for a special quotation.
Artwork Preparation:
On each item page you can download the design template of that
item. Then follow the easy
Artwork
Guidelines on the template.
Printing
Colors:
A. With
the exception of stock colors,
orders will be matched to your specified Pantone ink
colors. If a color swatch
is supplied and the Pantone number is not indicated on your order, the
factory will select the closest Pantone equivalent and use that number
as a reference for color matching. The universal Pantone number provides
a definite color target to hit on new and repeat orders.
B. Normal
color variations: Every effort will be made to print precisely to the chosen
Pantone colors but exact matches are not guaranteed due to the different
contents of the Pantone paper swatches and the various product paper stocks and
materials.
C. Press
proofs: Variations in paper mill stocks, ink formulations, and pressroom
conditions can result in a slight difference between the press proof
colors and the colors of the actual finished job.
Normal
or Estimated
Production Time: From the date
of approved proof to when the order is ready to be shipped from the
F.O.B. point. This time
frame does not include transit time from our warehouse to the
customer’s destination.
Shipping:
Freight will be prepaid and charged back from F.O.B. point per
prevailing
common carrier or U.P.S. rates.
A. Title
passes to the consignee upon pick-up by the carrier. If any shipment is refused upon delivery, the distributor is
responsible for both return and re-delivery charges.
B. The factory is not accountable for any delivery delays due to
acts of war or terrorism, port stoppages, Customs inspections, trucker strikes,
slow-downs, accidents, breakdowns, or other problems in
transit.
C. Freight
charges pre-quoted by the factory are estimates only.
Actual costs are determined by the carrier’s rates at
the time
of shipment. The factory is
not responsible any cost differences.
D. U.P.S.
shipments: An insurance and
handling charge of $7.00 will be applied to each shipment.
E. Drop
shipments to 2 or more locations: No extra handling charges. The minimum quantity for each drop is
one standard shipping carton.
Storage
Charges:
A. Shipments
refused and returned to the factory’s warehouse will be charged $30.00
from the first day to the end of the month of arrival.
Thereafter, returned shipments will incur storage fees of $3.00
per carton per month.
B. Scheduled
shipments held for credit reasons or by distributor’s request will be
assessed monthly at $3.00 per carton.
Overruns
or Underruns: Every attempt will be made to ship the exact quantity
on your order, but with high speed printing
equipment we reserve the right to ship up to 10%
over or under
the quantity ordered and to invoice accordingly.
Tag
Line Imprints in 2-4pt Type: Name of your distributor with their city/state and/or phone
number, abbreviated as space
limitations necessitate, and country of
origin for any imported product, will be imprinted
on each feasible product.
Copyright
Infringements: The distributor acknowledges that their client has
the authority to give ADMATCH-REGAL
permission to
reproduce a trademark or copyright. If the copy or design
infringes or is alleged to infringe any
trademark or
copyright, the client shall indemnify and hold harmless ADMATCH-REGAL
against all judgments,
damages,
attorneys' fees, and other expenses, and accepts full responsibility for
any claims and litigation.
Website
Illustrations: The logos on this website do not imply endorsement of
the ADMATCH-REGAL line by the featured
advertiser, nor
are the illustrations intended to suggest that the imprints were
designed by ADMATCH-REGAL. Logos
appear
only to demonstrate our imprinting capabilities.
Order
Acceptance:
A. All orders must be in writing.
B. Orders
by email or fax are acceptable.
C. Artwork
must be emailed or posted on an FTP site.
D. All
processed orders will be acknowledged by ADMATCH-REGAL's
confirmation mailed to the distributor. Order
Cancellations:
Must be stated in writing by the distributor.
A. Minimum
charge is $25.00.
B. Orders
cancelled during preparation or production will be charged for all
processed work.
1. Orders cancelled with .pdf proofs will be charged $55 for setup (g) +
any additional artwork.
2. Orders cancelled with press proofs will be charged
per color + $55 for setup (g) + any additional artwork.
3. Orders cancelled with printed stock will be invoiced at 50% of the
total order value.
4. Orders cancelled with completed production will be
charged at full price.
C. Orders
will be considered cancelled if proofs are not approved within 60 days.
Our
Guarantee: We guarantee our products against defects in workmanship
and incorrect imprints. If
we are at fault on
either of these points we will re-make your job.
