PRICES include printing each ink color on entire outside cover (front, saddle, back, and flap) with UV gloss coating on duo-white stock. Striker friction on back. Spot shiny varnish is a 1-color charge.  Prices also include a mandatory factory pre-production color press proof.  There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Offset.  Folded Size: 1½” Wide x 1-7/8” Long.  Match Stems: 2 rows x 10 = 20 matches.

*FOIL HOTSTAMPING: Available in gold, silver, copper, black, red, green, or blue foils on entire outside of cover.  For each foil color add 1-time plate charge of $225.00 (g).  

**DIE-EMBOSSING: Raises copy and/or graphics on surface of paperboard for tactile effect on entire outside of cover.  For best results, apply to copy with thick letters and designs with heavy lines.  With thin lines and close registration, please inquire and submit artwork to your distributor for factory approval.  Add 1-time die charge of $225.00 (g).

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same.  The match stems and tip colors must likewise be the same for all designs. The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which also applies to reprint orders.  The minimum quantity for each design is 25,000 books (10 cases).

FACTORY PRE-PRODUCTION PRESS PROOF is required at no charge.  Please allow 2 weeks for production. 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS / SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: minimum shipments of 50,000 books (20 cases) are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after press proof approval): approximately 8 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.

RUSH SHIPPING - not available.   

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
#2035: 50 match books per inner caddy x 50 caddies = 2,500 match books per carton.  Dimensions: 20.8" x 13.8" x 12" = 2.0cft. Weight: 24 lbs.  Packing on a particular order could be changed from these standard specifications without notification.

PRODUCTION ALERT: Every effort is made to protect the gloss or matte finish on these matchbooks.  We use only heavy-duty 5-wall corrugated shipping cartons.  Due to the nature of the paperboard, hard impacts in shipping may cause smudging and scratching of the finish.  This is not a defect in the quality of the product and the factory cannot be held responsible for credits and re-makes due to rough handling in transit.
