PRICES include printing on entire outside cover (front, saddle, back, and flap) with striker friction on back.  Prices also include a mandatory factory pre-production color press proof.  There are no extra matching charges for Pantone colors and no setup charges for an exact reprint.  Printing method: Offset. 
Folded Size: 1½” Wide x 1-7/8” Long.  Match Stems: 2 rows x 10 = 20 matches.

FACTORY PRESS PROOF is required at no charge.  Please allow 2 weeks for production. 

Foil Hotstamping: $47.70/M per foil color (c) including plate charge.  
Available in gold, silver, copper, black, red, green, or blue foils on entire outside of cover. 

Die-Embossing: $32.65/M (c) including die charge.
Raises copy and/or graphics on surface of paperboard for tactile effect on entire outside of cover.  For best results, apply to copy with thick letters and designs with heavy lines.  With thin/fine registration, please inquire and submit artwork to your distributor for a special job quote.

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same.  The match stems and tip colors must likewise be the same for all designs. The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which also applies to reprint orders.  The minimum quantity for each design is 25,000 books (10 cases).

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS / SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: minimum shipments of 50,000 books (20 cases) are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after press proof approval): 7 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.

RUSH SHIPPING in 4 weeks after proof approval - ask about up-charge.   

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
#2035: 50 match books per inner caddy x 50 caddies = 2,500 match books per carton.  Dimensions: 20.8" x 13.8" x 9" = 1.5cft. Weight: 24 lbs.
