Natural Board: $13.10/M (x minimum of 30M).
Printing on the tan-colored underside of recycled paper without coating for the “rustic” look.  Recommended only for dark ink imprinting.  Inside of cover is white.  Minimum shipment quantity is 30,000 books.  If quantity is less than 30,000, price per 1,000 books is x 30M / quantity.

Laid Cover: $26.15/M.
Uncoated matte white board with coarse textured surface.  Recommended for Pantone-U ink colors.

Foil Cover: $82.05/M. 
Gold or silver (dull or shiny).  Best used as background for printing dark inks.  Not recommended for light imprinting inks which are discolored by the metallic foil base.

Foil Hotstamping: $47.70/M per foil color.   
Available in gold, silver, copper, black, red, green, or blue foils on entire outside of cover.  Not available on Natural or Laid board (above).  For each foil color add 1-time plate charge of $225.00 (g).  

Die-Embossing: $42.55/M.
Raises copy and/or graphics on surface of paperboard for tactile effect on entire outside of cover.  For best results, apply to copy with thick letters and designs with heavy lines.  Add 1-time die charge of $225.00 (g).  With thin/fine registration, please inquire and submit artwork to your distributor for a special job quote.

COMBINED DESIGNS are acceptable at the total quantity price provided the printing ink colors and the quantities of each design (2 or more) are the same.  The match stems and tip colors must likewise be the same for all designs. The plate composing charge is $65 per color for each change of copy/design (g), which also applies to reprint orders.  The minimum quantity for each design is 5,000 books.

FACTORY PRESS PROOF upon request: $60 per color for offset printing on outside or inside (g); $95 per foil color for hotstamping (g); and $90 for die-embossing (g).  Add $30 for sample mock-ups (g).  No Charge for mandatory color press proof on orders of 50,000 or more matchbooks.  Please allow 2 weeks for press proofs. 

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS / SPLIT BILLINGS within one year: on total quantity order of 20,000 or more, minimum shipments of 10,000 books are acceptable at no extra charge, not to exceed 4 shipments per order.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME (after proof approval): 7 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. NJ.

RUSH SERVICE (after proof approval): 12 - 15 business days delivered.  Rush charge, including shipping and handling, is $340 for first 2,500 matchbooks.  Add $195 for each additional 2,500 matchbooks on the same shipment.  For shipments outside the United States, please contact your distributor for a freight quote.  The balance of order (if any) will be shipped in 7 - 9 weeks, F.O.B. CA.  Choose either red or white match tips on white stems only.  OPTIONS not available on RUSH orders.
RUSH with quantity and price must be specified on distributor's purchase order and cannot be requested after proof approval. 

STANDARD SHIPPING CARTON:
